Terms of Service

By accessing or using Vowsuite(“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Vowsuite provides a wedding planning platform that helps couples manage guests, invitations, RSVPs, budgets, schedules, photo albums, and related wedding planning activities.

You may use the Service as a registered user or as an anonymous guest. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

The Service offers the following plans:

• Free plan: Limited to 1 event, 30 guests, 44 themes, and basic features.
• Pro plan (one-time $12): Up to 3 events, unlimited guests, up to 20all 17 invitation templates, all 10 themes, plus premium features including photo albums, guest analytics, co-planners, CSV export, unlimited email invitations with reminders, SMS invitations & reminders, table assignment notifications, and priority support.

All plans include RSVP tracking, schedule/timeline, budget tracker, checklist, vendor management, seating chart, wedding party, music playlist, notes, milestones, and gift tracker.

Upgrading to the Pro plan requires a one-time payment of $12 (or equivalent in your currency). All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy.

No Refund Policy: All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Service, unused features, or accidental purchases. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.
• Attempt to circumvent any limitations or restrictions of your plan.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the Service.
• Share your Pro account benefits with users who have not paid for Pro access.

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content (excluding user-provided content), is owned by Vowsuite and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service (photos, guest data, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Vowsuite a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vowsuite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or service interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your data may be permanently deleted from our systems. We recommend regularly exporting your data via the available CSV export feature.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vowsuite operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
